Wedding or Special Event Contracting
Schnackel Strings Contracting is available for your wedding, reception, holiday party, or art gallery opening. Our musicians will add an elegant touch to any event. Our most popular ensembles include our Jazz Trio (usually featuring violin, guitar, and string bass) and our Classical String Quartet (featuring 2 violins, a viola, and a cello). We are flexible to your needs and budget. We do offer smaller or larger ensembles upon special request.

Weddings, Anniversaries, Art Galleries, Banquets, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Private Parties, Wine Tastings, Church Services, Funerals, Corporate Functions, Holiday Parties, Country Clubs, and Restaurants.

We are based in the Greater Memphis area, however we offer services all across Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi.

Do you use a contract for booking Schnackel Strings?
Yes, we use a performance contract based on the occasion and venue. This helps both parties in facilitating a smooth experience for your event. If you are interested in booking a date we will mail you a contract. After it is returned, with a booking deposit, we will reserve your date and time.
Will I meet with the musicians before my event?
Most negotiations occur over email and/or phone. However, if you prefer arrangements to meet prior to the engagement may be possible.
What will the musicians wear?
For weddings standard attire includes tux for men and professional black for women. For less formal events, we wear more appropriate attire.
What do the musicians need at my event?
Usually, all we require are enough armless chairs for the ensemble. We bring everything else. However, if the event is outdoors, we do require shade and/or a covering to protect our instruments from direct sun and any unexpected inclement weather.
